I am one more unfortunate customer of Eureka forbes's Aquaguard Reverse Osmosis product. The product is good but service is pathetic. While selling the product, the salesman didn't warn me that the filters will get frequently clogged. Unlike the carbon filters in older units, these RO machines have multiple components inside which get clogged. I ended up calling the eurohelpline frequently and this is where i experienced the pathetic response. The call center chaps give us a call no and we patiently wait for the Engineer to turn up. After 2 days we call the eurohelpline again. We were shocked when the guy at call center doesn't recognize the call no. and gives us a new no.
We thought that this is an exception but now the same incident has repeated when the AMC has been renewed. It;s been more than week since we have logged the call and no response. Calls to call center get the same response-- Engr will come.
I went to Eurekaforbes online and registered a complaint. I hope someone acts on it. have got some auto mails so far. Lets see.
