We have a Acqua Guard Water purifier Classic Model. This is under AMC. The franchise has not done any periodical visits. And breakdown visits also not attended. We have made a complaint on 17 July and as of date no response and remains unattended. When we ask Customer care service, they say they will attend but nothing is happening.
I strongly recommend the public not to buy any product from Eureka Forbes. their after sales SErvice is extremely worst.
