Non receipt of scratch card gift

One month back, i purchased a solaris filter from faber dealer apex appliances 15/2E raja manindra road, calcutta -37 and was given a scratch card which showed reebok watch. however till date inspite of repeated calls the dealer is not giving me my watch.
