I've booked for a chronograph watch in India Today Book Club on 22 April for Rs.3199/- using my citi bank credit card reference number 75176379113. After one month they were sending something else which I sent back via DTDC as they've asked me and they received that on 22 June. But so far I've not received the item. Everytime I contact the customer care they tell me within one week I will receive the item. And also I've booked for one Kodak digital camera on 24/06 for Rs.5348/- with them (Citi credit card ref.no.75176379176). But sofar I did not receive that. I'm really disappointed. I feel I'm cheated.
