Samsung Omnia lite mobile booked 6 months back not recieved

I got a call from India today book club and they told me I am selected customer (!!??) and they offered by Gold Gift Box scheme under which I was required to book a Samsung mobile and I would get discount voucher for Surat diamond jwellary. I paid Rs. 14998 through my credit card for mobile, and Rs 1495 for gold gift box on 19 July 10. Later they called me back in 5 days and told me to book hometheater to complete order. Helplessly I booked Philips hometheater on 29 July 10 worth 7598. After a lot of follow up I recieved home theater on 5 Sept 10. But till date I have not yet recieved the Samsung omina lite mobile booked 180 days (6 months) back. I have been sending mails to [email protected], [email protected], and calling there customer care number 011-40502424 but no response. This is very pathetic and these guys still keep on calling for some other offers but they do not have any details about my omnia mobile :(
