Defective Product not returning and Not refunding Money

Dear Sir (s),

I buy e71 PRO FREE Maxis JAZZ 4GB MP4 Player from Naaptol.com through phone booking and my Order No is 330630 and dated April 23, 1010. I got the product on April 27 and when I start to use it, I found that the product is defective and than next day I lodge my complain to Naaptol Support @ Mumbai and they said the product is company defective and we will exchange it with new product and they given me Mumbai Address (MAXIS TECHNOLOGIES, D/201, BONAZA INDUSTRIES, ASHOK ROAD, KANDIVALI (EAST), MUMBAI - 400 101 INDIA) where I return my product by Maruti courier and they delivered it and I got confirmation from Maruti Courier Kandiwali, Mumbai. When I called at Naaptol on May 1st they said they didn't received the product yet and when I told them that courier is already delivered there but they said you will received your product with 10 days and if you will not receive it than we will refund your money back. Still I am waiting for refund.
