I.Mrs. Malabika De had ordered a Reebok bag from your esteemed club via the
internet my ordwer no.is ITBC 10308503, order no.997814164.I have a complaint
regarding the above mentioned order. The order was placed somewhere near February
but the responce was a good three to four weeks late regarding the comfirmation. After the confirmation
the courier was also late by a week for which I had to stay at home for the whole weekend 20/3
to 21/03 but the courier arrived only om Monday at 12.00p.m. The courier packet was intact but the
bag inside is torn, when i complained to your customer care centre one Mr. Kuldip Rathi was very rude a
would not transfer the line to any senior person, after requesting he told that nothing can be done, probably
the bag was torn by my son after openung the packet.
Kindly look into the matter and let me know as to how can i get my bag replaced without me having to
spend any more money on courier or otherwise. I am very sad to experience such behaviour from such a
reputed institution like yours.
