i ordered Reebok classic watch. they sent reebok watch ie differnet model itself. when asked for exchange, they agreed and asked to return on my cost. i asked fro reimbursement of courier charge. then they denied refund. How can they be left free to do business and allow them to fool consumers? They must be stopped, punished. I request all to lodge complaint agaist INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB and their site www.bagittoday.com. I am going to return the product and take them to consumer forum. i am also going to write to Government officials to take action and forwarding copy to all media channels for awareness. Request all not to buy any product from INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. They are cheaters and liars and believe in making money at any cost.
