I had made a purchase of a set of 12 Books, which consisted of Britannica Encyclopedia, as explained by tele-sales executive repeatedly. On arrival of package, to my horror, it dint. That is a breach of contract. Now, nobody picks telephone there. Once someone did and did cut me off in middle asking to call after two hours. Since then again no response. They dont reply to my complaints on e-mail. Have sent few reminders also. I have kept this parcel as it is. I had a very good image of India today group but after this i wonder what type of things they are in.
