I had ordered a set of books. After a painful delay I received a vpp of three books amounting to Rs 525 (payable at the post office at the time of delivery). To my horror, these books turned out to be the same ones I had previously received last August.
Incidentally, I fail to find any logical cause for paying for the same books twice which I have been compelled to do unwittingly.
I strongly suspect that such instances of irresponsibility would take a toll on the company's good-will. I, personally, am least inclined to continue any business with it in near or distant future unless i am satisfactorily convinced against my current opinion.
