Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Vijay Mahajan. I sent a courier to Chennai from Mumbai on 14th July (Courier Consignment Number: M35205339.), but still it has not reached Chennai. I enquired many times to the DTDC office (DTDC COURIER & CARGO LTD. Gala No. 1-2, Green Lawns, Aarey Rd. Goregaon (E), Mumbai-400 063.) from where i sent. I came to know from chennai DTDC Courier office (044-42013629) that my consignment has not reached. I am sure that they have lost my consignment. As the consignment sent contains Rs.1000 worth, please ask to refund money (Rs.1000) for my consignment and the Charge of courier (Rs.101). I mailed and informed them that i will complain to cusumer forum, even then no response from them. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I have given all courier details below.
