What happend to Roohi or Kuldeep who read my last mails but no reply??
I don't understand why nobody will be take care of my mails? Every mail one officer will be looking after this and asking for some clarification with the quote of "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you". But further no communication or follow-up.
I am sorry to say this, I have never witnesed such a disorganised custromer care. In other way u people are making us under the impression that we are nothing but begging for the refund.
My request.. please understand our humiliation and solve this issue and refund the amount.
I really fed-up of explaining this issue everyday to one new officer.
I appreciate, if any body sort out this and refund the amount.
Or else, I have to think what best I can do with the promises and assurances given in earlier mails by your customer care officers.
Please don't give chance us to think "why we have associated with INDIA BOOK CLUB."
