I had placed an order online for a Swatch watch and paid through my credit card Rs. 3199/- to Living Media on Dec 27, 08. I received a phone call on Dec 31, 08 stating that the previous transaction did not go through and was asked to process the same again this time over the VRU. As a result I got charged twice and received the order twice. I called up for assistance and was advised to send a scan copy of my statement and the extra watches back which were done at my end and now it's been almost a month since that was done and have still yet to receive my refund back.
I was told by the customer service (Whom let me add are the most uninformed people I have come across in my life) that the refund would reflect on my card statement by Feb 6, 09 and I was assured that I would also receive a confirmation email about the same. Well, guess what none of it has happened so far. I have never come across such an appalling and unprofessional service in my life.
