I had paid Rs.5000 as part of one offer with 7 DVDs of Agatha Christie in nov. I havent received any intimation on this till date except the Booking ID over phone. When I checked with the customer care, this was delivered to an address in Mumbai.

Suggestions on how to sue or get money back from these daylight big robbers.
