i have purchased swatch watch from you (India today book club) on 14/02/09 witch is still not delivered to me.
i don't understand the status
i had talk so many time to your customer care executive in last 17 days, but nobody can help me.
everybody says you receive the same within week, within week, within week, within week how long this week???
today i have again checked the dispatched status but i receive the same answer.
kindly instruct me what should i do in this state.
by reaching to you i hope something should be done on the matter.
