Hi,
I have submitted an order online in www.indiatodaybookclub.com. I have been notified during the payment process as my credit card hasn't been accepted and requested for another credit card. I have then presented another credit card and the payment was successful. I did receive the product that I have ordered but when I looked at my credit card statements I could see that both the credit cards have been debited for the same order. I have written emails and called then personally to look after this error and requested to credit back the excess amount that has been debited fromone of the credit cards. I have also presented the copies of my credit card statements. No action has been taken and I have paid twice for one order. The value of the order is Rs 3199.00.
