I have received the pacel Invoice No. ORAO90022795 Dt.21.03.2009 Order No. OGA090020889 Dt.18.03.2009. As verified with the parcel, the UCB-CAP is not found in the parcel. Your club is a renowned and faithful towards customers, thatsway i came forward to buy items. But i was cheated. Inspite of my previous mails i didn't received feedback from you even after laps of one month.
I request you to kindly inform me, whether there is any possibility to get unsupplied cap or not? to avoid further communication in this matter and to save my and your precious time. I hope early replay in this matter.
