Dear Sir/Ma'm,
I had placed an order with India Today Book Club in first week of February'09, for following items:
- R0743 REEBOK BAG & TOWEL
- R0735 REEBOK SHOES NO. 8 SWIFT LP
- R0746 REEBOK TRACK SUIT- LARGE SIZE
An amount of Rs 3, 199/- from my credit card account was deducted on 9-Feb-09 (I have credit card statement of this transaction with me).
I haven't received these items even after almost 4 months of placing the order, and multiple followups with their executives through phone.
I also requested them to refund the amount many times, which they refused with some excuse or the other.
ut finally on 20-May-09, they agreed to refund the amount and asked me to write an email to them for refund request. They assured me about a reply from the concerned department within 24 hours. But I haven't received any response till date.
Kindly help me in getting my hard earned money back.
I have following documents in support of my case:
1) An order confirmation email from "India Today Book Club", confirming the order placed with them. [Dated: 10-Feb-09]
2) My credit Card Statement showing a transaction of Rs 3199 in favour of Living Media
3) An email written by me to them, requesting for refund of my money.
