In 1st week of March I read a advertisement of ITBC about Reebok track suit set in Rs. 2999/- Rs. 200/- = Rs. 3199/- which I have paid thru my credit card of HDFC bank. The order was booked and I was told that it will take 28 days for delivery of the item., On 19th of May I recieved a parcel and was shocked to find that the shoe supplied was of 11 number while order was for 7 number. I contacted ITBC who advised that they advised to return the kit for replacement which I did. I was also told that the courrier charges will also be refunded.
As the days passeed I again made a telephonic enquiry and was amazed to know that the same faulty kit was again sent back to me. But one Mr. Jeetendar kumar Thakur of ITBC advised me to refuse the parcel and the same will be replaced. I did the same and informed "Response" and "itbc4u" accordingly. I recd two mails from ITBC stating that as soon they will recieve the parcel taey will take action..
In other case I subscribed for the India today for 5 years (Subscription no. ITE / 55320) but till date I have not recd free gift thgat is Reebok shoes (7 number size). On enquiry I am told that the said number is not available with them.
What should I do?
