For an offer in March 09 i responded and got my order booked through internet and using my credit card. Subsequently i was told that the cc is not working and so i booked using friends cc. But i came to know that i have been charged on my both cc's and hence i asked for refund
I was told that on the account of arrival of my 2nd parcel i should refuse to take it and hence i will get my money back in my account.but the irony is i havent received my 2nd package till now (even after 6 mnths). The company accepted the delay and also recognized the fault and is promising me to send the money since last 6 months. All their tall cliams of customer satisfaction are rubbish.even credit card statements have been provided.
