SUB: Goods Not received after 3 months

With reference to above subject i would like to state that I have placed order for Reebok Sunglass Rs.999/- and i have made payment through credit card the same.

But today 3 months have been gone no goods received. I have send lots of mail to the same but they every time returned mailed to me that your order proceed our concern department.

Sir, I want my refund back i don't want the sunglass. I am too tired to contact that people by phone too.
