Order Not received, but money was debited

Hi sir,

I have made a Purchase thorugh Phone for a Kodak Digital camera and payed for that too via Credit card, but still i didnt receiver the order, it has been more than a month i have made the order and when enqiiured through the customer care, i have to wait for nearly 15mins for them to attend the call and then also they dont give proper response.

they say that it has been despatched through DART MAIL COURIERS, i have checked in there web site with tracking number, but it shows delievered, another Faurd Courier, who doesnt have proper helpline facility also.

its not small amount, i have paid 5700/-rs for that and have wasted nearly 500/- rs calling to the customer care number, there is no use in any of these...

i have proof of everything, the mail send by them and each and everything i have evidence.

please advice me, wat action i should take now??

Booking ID 7770055422 which they provided when i took the order.
