Not returning back the amount

Hi,

I have ordered for a Samsung Marine Phone and a Reebok kit from ITBC and paid the amount on 30th of August. The details are as mentioned below -

My membership no. is - ITBC09104168

Even after a month when I didnt recieved the products I have ordered I called up and checked and they said the product is not available so I asked to cancel the order.

They asked me to drop a mail to cancel which I did and since then I have sent them around 7-8 mails to cancel the order and refund back my amount of Rs 8796.

I am still awaiting a response from them and refund of the amount I have paid them.

If you want I can provide you the entire mail trail of the same as well.
