Have not come across a company as fraudulent & thick skinned as ITBC. Complaints & reminders are of no use. They are what i term "administratively IMPOTENT". I was charged Rs.15, 000. 00 on 29/Sep/09. More than a month passed and there was no sign of the order. I requested for a refund & was asked to send all the information including a copy of bank statement which i did on 04/Nov... Several reminders / calls & yet no refund. Going by innumerous complaints against this fraudulent co. the Govt. must put an end to their operations.
