Dear Sir,
Myself on reading your Advertisement on “The Hitavada” Newspaper regarding the combo kit of Reebok. I call 1800-200-6363 on Sunday 3rd January and got in touch with your representative Mr. Mukesh. He collects my details and transfer to Payment gateway to enter the credit card details. After successful transaction I was inform that your payment to ICICI bank Credit card is successful and you will receive material within Two Weeks. Confirmation ID communicated to me 110057646.
After two hours again I got call from your end saying that I had booked the kit but due to virus or some software problem payment was not clear. Till that time I had also not received any SMS from ICICI credit card division. He again confirms my address and get all details and asked me to enter credit card details for payment. I follow the instructions and make payment through ICICI credit card. Confirmation ID communicated to me 880045478, But I got two SMS from ICICI credit card specifying two payment each amounting Rs. 3199/-
I talked to Mr. Mukul on customer Care (011-40502424) and was requested to drop mail for necessary action.
You are kindly requested to look into matter and refund the amount of Rs. 3199/- at the earliest for the double payment made and deliver the material at the earliest.
