I placed an order for a Swatch watch and a Benetton watch on 27th February over phone and paid a sum of Rs 2150 through HSCB credit card on 1st March.
I have spoken to them a lot many times but all futile. I did send mails to them reminding them of their deficiency in their service which also had fallen into the deaf ears.
The promised watches have not reached me so for (far). It is exactly 75 days since i placed the order as well as paid the amount towards the same.
I strongly feel these people should be taught a lesson as to how to conduct themselves with customers and deal with them.
Please do address this issue and help me in getting this resolved.
