Person from ITBC call me on phone. i ordered (Order Number 0GA100032189) for a holiday package for 2 nigh 3 days and paid rs 3200 by credit card. she agrees to give me a holiday package and 2 jwellery voucher of 500 rs each to purchase from www.suratdiomond.com. after that i got a parcel after about 10 days from ITBC which contain some books and cds. i never ordered for any books or CD. when i call on their number 011-40502424 they said that there is one coupon code in your parcel you enter that code in our website www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm and u will code yr holiday package voucher. when i tried on that site the site is not working. since 20 to 25 days it showing message that "site under maintainance visit after 3 days. i call many time on there number and they reply that site will be ok in 24 hours. but till date after about 40 to 50 days i not got the holiday package
