Dear Mr. Sawhney,
Your staff attending to phone calls from customers seems to think that we are begging you for offers. I called up at 1115 am on 1st Nov & spoke to a lady. The way she spoke to me, i started feeling that I have called up India Today & begged them to give me this supposed "Customer of Distinction" letter. Do you people think I have nothing better to do.
I suggest, the Rs 7000/- you are giving off by way of air tickets, you should use it for PR courses for your staff so that they at least know how to speak to customers.
Looking at the nice & pleasant mails written to you by people, I am sure all will agree with me. Please do not send me anymore of these fraud offer letters. Take this mail as a notice for Do Not Disturb & do not send me such offer letters if you don't wish to find yourself in the Consumer Court.
