India Today Book Club had offered to send devotional CDs for Rs.2249 via Postal (VPP)/381530 dated 17.11. order ref no. OGA 080147279 against payment on delivery, alongwith it was an offer of Reebok Shoes which they had conveyed that they will send after the delivery is taken within 15-20days we shall be getting the the free gift delivered free of cost. But I have been calling their office in Delhi several times about more than 20 times to claim the free gift. The response is always that they agents at the call centre tell that the gift will be sent in the next 15 days, But till date nothing has been delivered.
I have come to conclusion this is a fraud run by them just to make some easy sales, inspite of not able to meet their earlier comitment to issue of the free gifts, they have been again sending other offers through sms and emails causing more inconvenience. I wish to claim from the India Book Today Club the assured free gift of reebok shoes and the cost of the several STD calls I had made to their call centre to claim the free gift. Also wish to appraise the public about this fraud offers given by this company /Club.
