I like to inform you that the amount of Rs 2249/- has been deduted from my credit cards on 26/11 and also I have got the transaction reference number. But still I didn't get the offer details and offer number and the reaching time of the materials.
Even I havn't get any call from yourside about after the amount paid from my credit card against the order whose number still not yet get, which is a very strange to me. It is unbelievable, how your organisation can do such type of mistake.
