I have purchased 4 books for Rs 499/- for that there is a free gift of Reebok watch which was not sent along with base purchase for that I made a phone call to call centre no 011-40502424. They said some unic number I need to mention in the website that is www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm I tried sevaral times but system is not accepted then I talked to the customer care centre nearly 6 times they are saying log after some time. I tried so many times now that web site is not working once again I made a phone call to the call centre they are not responding properly they are cheating like this
Please do me the justice
