This is regarding to the purchase of LG Microwave which was ordered on 12th of october and the payment was made in full. The delivery of the product was to be on the next day i.e on 13th oct. Though it did not arrive on that day, I had repeatedly called up the person in charge, to enquire about the status. The only answer provided was it would delivered soon. Finally after making calls of more than Rs 200 the product arrived on 16th evening that too with a wrong shipment of the Statrup kit. Again I had to make a call and the answer provided by the staff was, it was diwali rush hence i should come and collect the kit. any how after much begging and request finally the kit was delivered on 17th night 9:30pm. In the whole process i observe that there is no value of customers time and money. Such type of service provided by a reputed shooping outlet like Home town is really annoying and very sad to say that from next time onwards i myself and also will warn my friends to better check from other outlets and get a prompt service.
I will take up this issue seperatly with LG Electonics.
