MIS A/C No 115117
Loss of MIS Pass book

Dear Sir,

I had MIS A/C No 115117 with Sri Ramachandra Deemed university Post office since Jan unfartunately I lost my MIS pass book since Apr and also not drawn any interest. I had given an complaint regarding loss of my MIS PB A/C No 115117 on 10 Sep 2009 . But till date No response received either from SRDU Post Office nor From Avadi PO MIS inspector.

It is therefore requested to look into this matter and issue clearence certificate for issue of duplicate pass book and pay my intrest amount at the earliest.
