Not received of check book

Sir,

i have SB A/C no 10524353810 n Air froce station jamnagar branch in the month of Aug 09 but still i have not get it. Bank manager is told me that your check book is despatched on 17 Aug 09. but still i have not received it. Can I get a fresh check book . pl do needful
