My mobile no.9933079186 belongs to West bengal state but now I am in pune Maharastra state. I had easy recharged Rs.498 to access Mobile office for my pc/laptop. Customer care West bengal adviced me that there is no any extra charge will be charged during roaming and you can easily access mobile office but till date I have not yet accessed mobile office on my phone error giving on mobile that "Pocket data not available check Network service".please do the needfull urgentlly
