I got a call on 5th September from India Today Book Club with some offers to buy a few books, and I was promised a lot of gifts with it, including a holiday voucher and air tickets to go for the same. I, in good faith, paid the money from my credit card. I paid Rs. 3198.00 on 5th September.
Accordingly an order number was generated, OGA090067154.
I have written a series of mails since then in the last more than two months, to get a reply like "We request you that kindly wait for some days. You will receive the same soon".
I have not received anything from them, I asked for my money refund, not heard from them on that too.
Please do something about it.
