Lost consignment

I have not receieved my consignment with no K45968305 which was given on 11/1 from burdwan to be delivered to hyderabad when contacted the local dtdc office at habsiguda they told that it was not delivered from the main branch in anand bagh i called the main branch they told they have give to habsiguda branch plz do help me
