Airtel Is Rejecting My Porting Request

Dear Sir,

I had request for porting my no- 9881820622 & other nos in CUG from Airtel to other service provider.

My request is getting canceled again & again stating the reason as 'Contractual Obligation in subscriber agreement'. When contacted to Airtel staff at there Nagpur Office first they did not responded & afterwards stated that you cannot port.

Sir, I request you to guide me regarding the above issue as Iam facing to much of network issues with Airtel.
