My contact Mob: 91-9910995490/ 9810898655, and I am using these numbers since
last 4 years, with the thought of “AIRTEL STRONG Connectivity” but from last
Two months. My opinion have been changed, since 5-Aug, I am not getting
network in my cell phone (not even Airtel written in cell) while at home (in
door) or outside of house in Shipra Sun City, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad
(U.P.)10,
The condition is too worst, even when I am trying to select the network
manually, I am not getting any option of AIRTEL.
Since 15 Aug I have launched so many complain and send so many mails but no action had been taken from Airtel, earlier they said after 1 sept issue will be resolve and on 1st sept I received SMS, that your issue have been resolved while I don’t get any call and again I launched complain and send mails, then they are saying we had call u but you didn’t receive our call, how I can receive any call when there is no network. Even I have made complain that I will not pay bill for August coz there is no network and they had provide me so many reference no related to this, now I have received Airtel bill for August month,
I want to know why should I pay for this??
And nobody is listening my complain and whenever I call them and ask to represntetive to pass the call any manager they cut the phone..
Please do needful..
