Baggage mishandling, compensation required

Hi,

This is Siddharth nayak one of the frequent flyers in your airlines. I had a very bad experience with your airlines on 13th of march. I boarded flight IT-3445, my PNR: FVMGQA.I had luggages of weight 50kg, for which I paid extra 6425.00.The thing is when I reached bhubaneswar on same day I found my luggages were missing. I was totally shocked and I was mentally disturbed and harrased as those luggages were very very important for me and my family. After an hour I realised my luggages wrere alloted to Shanti nayak having pnr number: PRFXOM.This mishandling was done by king fisher people. After 3 to 4 hours I got to know my luggges where sent to Nagpur. Due to this mishandling done by your executives made me mentally depressed, and down. I got my luggages back but I wasted 1 day full for getting my luggages, I need compensation for this as because this delay I missed my important meeting becuase I had very important documents with me. I need a good amount of compensation for this inconvinience done by King fisher. I had lost complete trust with kingfisher, if you see my track record you can find my name in many travels I did.
