I have used ICICI payment gateway for payment. The back entry shows following debit on my account. I haven’t got any confirmation for the seat. I am trying to call your customer care. I am just put on a hold for 20 minutes without any response.
When your policy document say that you are not responsible for the confirmation & to contact your customer support, unfortunately last 2 hours I am trying to contact on 022-39895050. No one Is lifting the phone & just put me on hold. It is very unfortunate that neither I have received the reply to my name nor I am able to contact your customer support.
Please let me know what am I suppose to do now.
