Dear Sir,
The Personnel who had called me from India Today Book Club Mr Md Riyaz had told me that i have been selected for the 8 Lacs draw and he had also explained that i needed to do a purchase. Moreover he had assured me that i would at least win 1lac minimum in the draw. Hence to remain in the draw i decided to purchase the home theatre (Philips) and i had given him the address too, where the product have to be delivered. I paid it through my credit card on the same day. Today i have received a message in my cell stating that my order N0 - 0GA090075591 BOOKING ID-110049443 has been processed HAVING VALUE OF Rs 7598.
I had requested Mr Riyaz to send me a mail so that i could have knowledge of the entire scheme and complete specifications of the product that i have booked. But these requests have not been met up with. I dont think a simple mail requires more than 4 working days to be sent when you talk about immaculate service. Please do the needful and revert back at the earliest
