Defective and incomplete product not replaced for the last 6 months

I had placed an order on bagittoday.com, order id - 998224551, artdinox 55 pc dinner set on 28/04/10. Billing Id: 998224551 Date: 04-28 12:07:10.0 Mode of payment: Credit Card/Debit Card Total transaction amount: 6698.0 I received the courier on 03/05/10 and found out that 2 quarter plates were broken and 6 small bowls were missing. From that day till now I have send them 6 mails and made 12 phone calls. Initially they said that withing 15 days they would replace the product, In August twice they said (response center floor managers Aadil on 6th and Kapil on 14th) that the replacement has been approved and next three days the courier guy would come with the replacement. Now this month they are saying that they are out of stock therefore we cannot tell you by when the replacement would happen. Its been 6 months since the payment.
