I had purchased LG Tv 32LE5500 On 27 November. I was facing power on problem with the TV so called up LG customer Care and put the request for repairing the representative gave me request id RNA120418000772, a week after LG service representative came checked the TV and told me LG doesn't repair SMPS i need to replace whole board with new one, and he will get back with pricing because he did know the pricing. There after i didn't receive any kind of communication from LG. Where LG is indirectly forcing consumer to buy new costly parts. Here i am feeling like i have been cheated by LG.
