I received a call from ITBC offering me a HTC 3470 mobile 3 watches (I swatch and 2 Kalvin Clein watches) instead of the normal Holiday Voucher and some stupid Diamond Voucher. I made the payment through HDFC Credit Card and I was given the order no: ITBC-110049217. Then while confirming about the order, I was shocked to hear from the ITBC Customer Care, that the order is for HTC mobile and 1 Swatch Holiday Voucher Diamond Voucher. INspite of repeated calls to different people, floor managers, there was no respite. Finally, I decided to cancel the order and sent a mail. The Customer Care as usual, sent me a mail after a week saying that it was not possible to cancel the order as it was already processed and despatched from their side. I had to reject the Parcel as and when it reached my doorstep. I have already rejected the parcel and also sent a mail of cancellation to ITBC on [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and all the people in the world. When I called the cutstomer care, one more shock... one Ms. Priya tells me that it will take a minimum of 2 to weeks to refund the money to my account. I insisted on talking to her floor managers, who were too busy and no time to talk the customers. She told that she will try to connect to them and instead of connecting, disconnected my line.
SHAME ON ITBC TO ADOPT SUCH CHEAP, STINGY AND EMBARRASINGLY POOR QUALITY STANDARDS. Once the payment is taken immediately, why the refund cant be done ASAP.why 2 to 3 weeks?
RIDICULOUS ITBC and SHAME ON THEM TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS ON THE REPUTATION INDIA TODAY HAS BROUGHT IN.
