Product not delivered

I placed order worth Rs. 2197 on their website bagittoday on 20th Jan'10. They have not delivered ordered product yet.

When I googled I found that I am not alone; they have done this to many people and are continuing to do so for many other customers.

Please beware, don't be fooled by big names like "The India Today Group".
