i courier from vidhya nagar from gujrat to billimora from this courier service DTDC they tolm me to sure that my courier reache there in next day but next day courier dont reach in time .its imergency to reach in time because in the courier i sent medicine its imergency to reach the medicine in time.i call the office of courier compani they said they have no courier about the courier after my many calls they told me that your courier is reach u after 3 days and said that we cant do nothing in this matter and told me call later and after call to them they told me you call to other branch like surat valsad and vadodara from billimora branch and they told me that this is not my responcibility u call other branch to find where is your courier? the billimora branch ownere talking very bedly with me and my mother who called for inquiry .and nthing to suspect about the courier .sir take some action againts theme because i send imergency medicine..
