My Offer Package not delivered

Hi,

These guys called me for a offer where I was to get CD's, Reebok shoe & a holiday voucher. My membership number is ITBC08760119 . And order number 0GA080052958.

As per the offer my credit card was charged aproxx 2400 Rs in Nov 08. Till today I did not get the delivery that I was supposed to get in 10 days.

Also there customer service is really bad. they don't respond properly to my issues.
