I am in receipt of 12 books and one benetton watch vide India Today Book Club Invoice No. ORA090011571, Order No. OGA090011546 dated 16 Feb.2009 for an amount of Rs.2598/-, the payment for which has been made through credit card.
I regret to inform you that I couldn't able to open the Website www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm as mentioned in the above invoice, for claiming free gifts against the above purchase. When I called your office on 23 Feb.09, - 011-40502424, your rep. has told that the website is available. But, the same is unavailable.
I would therefore request you to send me the free gifts against purchase of above books.
