I booked my order for 2 Swatch watches on 13th Feb'2009 under Booking reference number MITBC-WEB-020378. I paid through debit card for Rs 2150.00. Thereafter I have send many reminder e-mail and called up their helpdesk number 011-4050-2424 and 1800-102-4242 (Toll Free**) many a times, but till date no action. They gave me another order number under which this order is now tracked. Its order number M-COMMERCE/0GA090008440. My ITBC membership number is ITBC09878136.

I sincerely request you to please help me. I am sure there are hundred of others who are being cheated by this Company.
